What We Do
The EdTech Office is the Technology Division of the American Samoa Department of Education. It is located in the village of Utulei, just beneath the Governor's mansion, on the road's oceanside, next to the DOE's Multipurpose Center.
​
The main objective of the Educational Technology Division is to facilitate a better learning atmosphere through technology that can enhance student outcomes. The EdTech office integrates procedures, ideas, networks, devices, and organizations to analyze, devise, implement, evaluate, and manage solutions to problems in all aspects of technology and learning.

To assist DOE admin with DOE emails.

Assisting the Admins with specifications for orders required by DOE Divisions.

Help evaluate bids for procurement.

Maintain installation and up keeping of technical equipment.

Maintain and keep the Network operational.

Maintaining, ordering, monitoring employee time clock systems.

Keeping and monitoring all of DOE software.
